- You send us the necessary patient, insurance, and physician information using
our hmeFrontOffice™ software.
- We process the information and initiate the billing process. We can generate
the CMN for you or you can generate it in
hmeFrontOffice™ and obtain it yourself.
- When all documentation is verified complete and compliant, we update our computer
files and file all claims.
- We retrieve many payer remittances electronically.
- We apply all the payments to the patient's account and file all secondary claims,
where applicable.
- We perform AR follow-up on an ongoing, rotating basis.
