We retrieve many payer remittances electronically. We apply all the payments to the patient's account and file all secondary claims, where applicable. We perform AR follow-up on an ongoing basis. We generate reports and patient statements on a monthly basis. We periodically provide web training for your staff on intake and coverage topics.
